Queenie’s Housekeeping is a family owned business offering cleaning services to private homes and business in the Washington, DC metro area. Queenie’s did not have a website prior to working with Oliver Technology Group. During our initial consultation OTG recommended a website design that would emphasize imagery that put their excellent cleaning services on display. Another essential aspect of our design featured prominent placement of call to actions to allow visitors to easily connect with Queenie’s.

The homepage is critical for websites, especially small businesses looking to attract new customers. We wanted to ensure that the homepage delivered information upon first glance that would peak potential clients interests or allow them to make a decision. This included delivering certified customer reviews from Google so visitors could hear from past satisfied customers. Another critical selling point for Queenie’s site was the availability of Pricing information on the homepage. With their very competitive pricing packages we were able to display details for each service level without the need for visitors to make additional clicks.

The final strategic design piece used was to deploy an About Us and Blog section on the homepage to convey Queenie’s staff and company personality. Especially in instances of cleaning private homes customers are more likely to connect when they feel comfortable with the personnel entering their homes. The About Us section allowed Queenie’s to tell the company and staff story. While the Blog allows Queenie’s to discuss a wide range of topics existing and potential customers will find useful.
